Tax bills to be mailed out Monday, July 6
Payment is due in two installments:
- First installment: July 30
- Second installment: September 28
Pay from your phone by using the "pay a bill" feature in your banking app.

Paper water and tax bills now have a $2 fee. The next tax bill will be mailed out Monday, July 6.

Please be advised that if your regular garbage/recycling collection is Fridays, this week it will be collected on Saturday, March 30 due to Good Friday. Also, a second container may be placed out for pickup at curbside without a bag tag affixed to it, during collections taking place the week immediately following Easter Monday.

The Mississippi Mills Fire Department (MMFD) has changed the Municipality’s open air burning status to a. Level 5 – Total Burn Ban.
The Walk of the Cross is an ecumenical gathering of Almonte and area's Christian communities on Good Friday, March 29, 2024 at 12 p. m. This event was begun in 2010 and is hosted each year by one of the local churches.
