Tax bills to be mailed out Monday, July 6
Payment is due in two installments:
- First installment: July 30
- Second installment: September 28
Pay from your phone by using the "pay a bill" feature in your banking app.

Paper water and tax bills now have a $2 fee. The next tax bill will be mailed out Monday, July 6.

Here are the highlights from the Lanark County Council meeting held May 13, 2026.
The Municipality of Mississippi Mills (Municipality) is conducting a Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) study for the proposed expansion of the existing Gemmill’s Bay Wastewater Pumping Station (GBPS) and Mississippi Mills Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
The Mississippi Mills Youth Centre (MMYC) is seeking additional volunteer board members to help shape the direction of your local youth centre and ensure it continues to meet the needs of young people in Mississippi Mills.
Applications are being accepted for the Province of Ontario’s Heritage Organization Development Grant (HODG).
A Normal status indicates that no flood conditions exist. However, even during Normal conditions, the inherent risk to personal safety associated with flowing water still exists.
